Hi, Neighbors-
Don’t know if you’ve come across this yet, but there is a document that has been circulating around these days written by Erin Bromage that provides a nice summary of understanding of COVID-19, activities that tend to be higher risk, and principles that can help one to mitigate those risks in the activities we all do. Bromage is a professor of immunology and infection at U Mass Dartmouth (his UMass Dartmouth profile is here, and he has another useful website here), and he wrote this paper primarily for his family and friends to better understand COVID-19. He has a good science background, and the paper is nicely referenced with solid resources.
Though understanding of COVID-19 is still far from complete, this is a pretty good overview of what is understood right now- if you are into the science details, be sure to explore the references he provides in this paper.
Hope you and your families are remaining well during this difficult time.
